Nos reuniremos para conmemorar el Mes Internacional de la Mujer con un networking dinámico, inclusivo y participativo, completamente en español. ELLA, una oportunidad única para conectar, aprender y fortalecer nuestra voz colectiva.

Our History
ELLA NYC – Gathering of Latina and Latino Leaders
ELLA NYC is a nonprofit organization founded with the mission of elevating, recognizing, and strengthening Latino leadership in New York and beyond. We were created as a space where stories of resilience, service, and professional excellence become powerful tools for community inspiration and transformation.
Since our first edition, we have brought together women and men whose professional, entrepreneurial, civic, and personal journeys leave a meaningful impact on our communities. Each annual gathering has expanded in vision, influence, and reach, becoming a platform for connection, mentorship, and growth for emerging leaders, families, and entrepreneurs.
More than an annual event, ELLA NYC is a movement that honors legacy, empowers the present, and builds the future of Latino leadership with purpose, integrity, and social responsibility.
